Savings

  • Members have opportunity to make daily, weekly and monthly savings in our communal basket
  • Members savings earns interest ((Subject to Money market rates) according to the tier of membership thresholds as follows:
  • Ordinary – 2% p.a
  • Pyramid – 3% p.a
  • Bronze – 4% p.a
  • Silver – 5% p.a
  • Gold – 7% p.a
  • Platinum – 10% p.a

Investment Shares

  • Each member is expected to hold or redeem ordinary shares of the Society (minimum of 20 units at NGN50.00 per share.
  • The Investment thresholds applicable to tiers of membership are as follows:
  • Ordinary – N1,000.00 – N25,000.00
  • Pyramid – N26,000.00 – N50,000.00
  • Bronze – N51,000.00 – N200,000.00
  • Silver – N201,000.00 – N1,000,000.00
  • Gold – N1,001,000.00 – N5,000,000.00
  • Platinum – N5,000,000.00 – Above
  • Members can redeem or pay for their ordinary shares in installment.

Ordinary Shares

  • Each member is expected to hold or redeem ordinary shares of the Society (minimum of 20 units and maximum of 20,000 units at N00 per share.
  • Members can redeem or pay for their ordinary shares in installment.

Loans

  • Members can access personal loans and group loans
  • This is accessible upon member`s satisfaction of minimum ordinary shares
  • Loan amount shall be subject to a maximum of 70% of your savings deposit with the Society.
  • Interest charged on loan shall be single digit per annum basis.
  • Loans can also be syndicated with other organizations with sufficient guarantees in favour of members.

Basket of Investments

  • Members can co-invest in a community with variety of investment portfolios
